TERMS OF SERVICE
🌹 Payment🌹
- Invoices will be sent Stripe, and must be done in advance. I no longer use Paypal.
- Please pay within 5 working days or you will be removed from the commission list
- Production will only begin soon after invoice is paid
🌹 Refund Policy🌹
- Refunds can only be done before a commission is started. Transaction fees cannot be refunded
- There will be no refunds after commission has started.
🌹 Usage & Rights🌹
- All artwork done by me is for PERSONAL USE ONLY
- For commercial use, it is 2x the total price
- Artwork used for streams/promos (Twitch, Youtube, etc) are additional + 25% prices.
- You must show visible credit for my work
- Do not reproduce, trace, repost or use my artwork
- My art may not be used for AI for any reason
- I will be posting WIPs or your commissions on social media. Let me know in advance if you prefer to keep the commission a surprise.

- Please read through and properly fill out commission forms
- Provide as many references and details as you can.
- I will let you know when I get started on your commssion. Allow time for sketches to be done.
- Depending where I'm at in queue, it can take from a couple weeks to a few months.
- You can ask for 3 changes per WIP phase (sketch, lineart, colouring) but after it is complete there will be additional charges for changes.
LIVE2D TERMS OF SERVICE
🌹 I can rig and draw both male and female models/characters
🌹 Please allow approx. 30 - 60 days for art and another approx. 30 - 60 days for rigging to be completed. Depending on complexity it may be more.
🌹 For rigging only, please send me PSD prior so I can see all parts are good for rigging, contact for information before doing this.
🌹 It is VERY important you have clear and details references of the character
🌹 If you do not have clear ideas, designs, or references in mind, please add the option to design the character when you commission
🌹 DO NOT resell my drawn/rigged models. Please let me know if you plan to do updates on your model with another artist
🌹 There are additional rates for rush/priority orders. Discuss this before commissioning
